8:30 AM | 11:15 AM

We are shifting all live in-person worship to an online platform. You can access our full worship service featuring worship leaders and select musicians here on our website under the worship tab, just the recorded sermon or through our YouTube Channel. Additionally, for those who don’t have internet capability, a DVD of the recorded service will be available on request.

Our traditional services are held in our Sanctuary and music is taken primarily from our hymnals and is led by our choir, organist, and pianist.

Our pastor will wear a robe and the traditional symbols of the church.

Eucharist/Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month at these services.

What to expect at worship

There is no "right" way to dress for church. Wear what allows you to feel good about your worship of God. You will see shorts, t-shirts, suits, dresses, jeans, golf shirts, Hawaiian shirts and traditional clothing of other cultures.

When you come to University Church you will see people from all over the Las Vegas metropolitan area. Everyone is welcome here. You may sit next to a teacher, a blackjack dealer, a dancer, a lawyer, an alcoholic, your neighborhood grocery clerk or your doctor. Here you will find the rich, the poor, the homeless, the disabled, the religious, and those who aren't so sure. We could go on and on, but we really mean everybody is welcome here, and that includes you, too.

If you are not familiar with the practice of Holy Communion, click here for more information. Jesus once said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick; I have come to call not the righteous but sinners.” Because of this, we do NOT believe that only certain "approved" people should take Communion.
